We are seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Manager to oversee our guest services in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience, managing feedback, and leading a team of guest relations staff. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement guest relation strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage guest complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Train and supervise guest relations staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor guest interactions and analyze data to improve service delivery.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with guests and clients.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-12 years of experience in guest relations or customer service roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
