Salary: up to $3200
Working Days: 5 days/week
Working Hours:

• Wed & Thurs: 2pm-11pm
• Fri-Sun: 11am-11pm
• Time off in lieu for additional hours when required

Location: Esplanade Mall, 8 Raffles Ave
Nearest MRT: Esplanade MRT

Job Responsibilities

• Handle reservations and respond to guest enquiries and requests.
• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Manage seating arrangements according to the floor plan.
• Take note of guests preferences and special occasions.
• Communicate guest requests and feedback to the service team.
• Maintain guest profiles and relevant information.
• Work closely with the Operations, Bar, and Floor teams to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with basic floor service when required.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, polished, and well-presented.
• Passionate about hospitality and providing excellent guest experiences.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Hospitality, guest relations, or front-of-house experience is an advantage.
