Job Scope :

• Responsible for welcoming guests in a courteous and prompt manner and lead them to a prepared table in accordance with outlets seating procedures.

• Be familiar with the menu, promotions, and service procedures.

• Provide full assistance to guests concerning general queries at the restaurant.

• Provide full assistance to incoming inquiries via email or telephone and make reservations accordingly and accurately for the guests.

• Maintain the reservation book/ communications book

• Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay

• Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival

• Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned tables are prepared prior guest arrival.

• Prefer to have Latin American background

(.) Your work will be scheduled in a weekly roster with working hours between 7:00am and 1:00am and you will be expected to work on most weekends and public holidays, however we can and we do have exceptions for applicants with justified schedule restrictions.
