Working hours: 5 days

Working Location: 6 Battery Road (Nearest MRT: Raffles Place)

Job Scope:

• Assign guests to tables, maximising utilisation of the space to the best advantage
• Ensure every guest is greeted warmly, seated promptly, and well attended to
• Work with Manager to receive and coordinate all reservations and special requests
• Receive and act on feedback from all guests
• Prepare monthly report of guest comments, guest list, and report to assist business decisions
• Fully understand the operations of the restaurant and service sequence

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of F&B experience
• Prior hospitality or fine-dining restaurant experience is advantageous
• Team player
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
