Job Summary
This role blends guest experience, events, and sales. You will engage guests on the ground, curate and execute events, and actively drive event bookings and revenue for the space.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with guests to create memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits
- Engage guests on the floor to increase customer retention and loyalty
- Drive event sales by securing corporate bookings, celebrations, and private functions
- Respond promptly to event enquiries, prepare tailored proposals, and close sales deals effectively
- Coordinate and execute events from initial planning through on-site delivery to ensure successful outcomes
- Collaborate with brands and partners to develop and implement event activations and collaborations
- Manage reservations, VIP guests, and special occasions with attention to detail and personalized service
- Support CRM initiatives by leveraging guest data to increase repeat visits and customer spending
- Track and analyze event performance and revenue against targets to inform sales strategies
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, events, or sales roles
- Experience in events coordination or sales conversion is a strong plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Outgoing personality with confidence in engaging guests and clients
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously
- Willingness and ability to work evenings, weekends, and during event hours
