Master Sierra's daily operations, identify inefficiencies and improve our capabilities by optimizing existing processes and introducing new ones.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional projects.

What You'll Bring:
5-10 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, corporate strategy, or business operations; and 2+ years of investment banking or consulting experience required.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas and problems into straightforward, actionable recommendations, especially to executives.
High EQ with a resilient approach allowing you to overcome challenges and setbacks in a fast-paced environment quickly.
