Description
The Go-to-Market Manager for AI in the APJ region will be responsible for shaping, launching, and scaling monday.com's AI product portfolio across Asia-Pacific & Japan. This role is central to accelerating monday.com's next phase of growth by ensuring our AI innovations are delivered to the right customers, with compelling narratives, and with region-specific execution that drives real adoption and value.
You'll partner closely with the Head of GTM, Product & Industry APJ, acting as the AI lead for all regional GTM motions. You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, customer success, enablement, and global GTM teams to translate AI capabilities into localised use cases, industry stories, and commercial outcomes.
This is a strategic, visible, and high-impact role for someone who understands AI products, SaaS GTM models, and the cultural and commercial nuances of APJ markets.
About The Role
- Lead AI Go-to-Market Strategy for APJ
- Own regional AI GTM strategy and execution in partnership with the Head of GTM and global GTM AI teams.
- Build and execute growth plays that drive awareness, pipeline, and adoption of monday.com's AI features and solutions.
- Develop frameworks and launch plans for new AI releases, ensuring seamless execution across APJ markets.
- Design and operationalise scalable, data-driven programs that support enterprise AI sales motions.
- Drive ProductMarket Fit for AI Across APJ
- Translate monday.com's global AI capabilities into localised value propositions, use cases, and vertical-specific narratives.
- Gather structured customer insights around AI adoption, needs, and blockersfeeding these into global product teams to shape roadmap priorities.
- Partner with industry and product GTM leads to integrate AI into broader regional solution positioning.
- Support the Head of GTM in launching, positioning, and scaling AI product innovations across key industries and segments.
- Enable and Equip Regional GTM Teams
- Develop and deliver high-quality AI enablement content, including playbooks, talk tracks, demo scripts, and competitive positioning.
- Conduct training and certification programs for sales, partners, and customer success teams to ensure strong AI capability in the field.
- Partner with Revenue Enablement to ensure consistent and impactful rollout of AI-related programs.
- Support key enterprise deals by building tailored AI narratives and co-selling with AEs/AMs when required.
- Build Industry-Relevant AI Plays & Narratives
- Identify high-growth vertical opportunities where monday.com's AI solutions can differentiate.
- Build industry-centric AI storylines, solution packs, assets, and activation campaigns.
- Collaborate with demand generation teams to launch AI campaigns tailored to APJ markets.
- Build lighthouse accounts and proof points demonstrating AI-driven transformation across industries.
- Lead AI Market Intelligence for APJ
- Track competitive AI landscape across APJ and distil implications for positioning, pricing, and GTM plays.
- Analyse regional AI adoption patterns to provide insights for forecasting, planning, and segmentation.
- Produce regular briefs for sales, product, and executive stakeholders on AI market trends.
- Thought Leadership & Evangelism
- Represent monday.com's AI strategy at regional customer events, executive briefings, partner engagements, and industry forums.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and thought leadership assets tailored to APJ audiences.
- Help elevate monday.com's brand as a leader in responsible, impactful workplace AI.
Requirements
- 710 years experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, AI solution consulting, or related roles within B2B SaaS or technology.
- Demonstrated experience launching or scaling AI/ML products or automation platforms.
- Proven track record driving GTM execution across multiple APJ markets (Japan, ANZ, SEA, India).
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise sales motions, and AI adoption patterns.
- Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into simple, compelling product stories.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally, influencing senior leaders, and driving alignment across global teams.
- Strong analytical, storytelling, and communication skills; executive presence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (AI/ML experience or advanced degree is a plus).
- Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in the office.
