Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Go-To-Market (GTM) Consultant to architect and execute scalable revenue strategies across new and existing markets. This role will operate at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and partnerships, translating business goals into commercially successful GTM motions.
You will act as a strategic advisor and hands-on operator, helping us unlock growth, refine positioning, and accelerate revenue across priority segments.
Key Responsibilities
1. GTM Strategy & Market Expansion
- Design and lead end-to-end GTM strategies for new product launches, markets, and verticals
- Define target segments, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), and buyer personas
- Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, and whitespace identification
- Develop market entry strategies (geo expansion, partnerships, channel strategy)
2. Revenue Architecture & Commercial Strategy
- Build scalable revenue models across direct sales, partnerships, and self-serve channels
- Define pricing, packaging, and monetisation strategies
- Establish sales motions (enterprise, mid-market, SMB) aligned with product maturity
- Identify and unlock new revenue streams and growth levers
3. Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure cohesive execution
- Design and optimise funnel metrics across acquisition conversion retention
- Build sales enablement frameworks (playbooks, messaging, objection handling)
- Drive demand generation strategies with measurable ROI
4. Product Positioning & Messaging
- Translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions
- Refine product-market fit through customer insights and feedback loops
- Define clear, differentiated messaging across segments and use cases
5. Execution & Performance Tracking
- Own GTM execution roadmap with clear milestones and KPIs
- Track performance metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, etc.)
- Continuously iterate based on data, insights, and market feedback
6. Stakeholder Management & Leadership
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership (C-suite, functional heads)
- Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Lead workshops, planning sessions, and GTM reviews
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in GTM, strategy, revenue operations, or commercial roles
- Proven track record of launching products or entering new markets successfullyExperience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or high-growth tech environments preferred
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, enterprise selling, and partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
Preferred Experience
- Experience scaling GTM in multi-market / global environments
- Familiarity with regulated industries (e.g., fintech, payments, banking)
- Exposure to product-led growth (PLG) and hybrid GTM models
- Prior consulting background (e.g., strategy firms, growth consulting) is a plus
