Team Introduction The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on global scale across all ByteDance's business use cases. Responsibilities: 1. Take ownership of driving user growth and business operations for international Cashloan services. Increasing the number of loan users and the scale of loan balance. 2. Through data analysis, user research, industry research, and market analysis and other methods, implement refined user operations and lifecycle management based on user profiling. 3. Oversee the decomposition of business growth indicators and collaborative promotion, conduct analysis and judgment on the growth potential of products and risk control, independently develop growth plans and formulate relevant strategies, interface with and drive collaborative resources of internal and external teams, effectively utilize different operational tools, and improve operational resource utilization. 4. Drive the development of new marketing tools and benefits, continuously optimize product solutions, and conduct valuable new explorations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with product experience in user growth, operations, and strategy products. 2. Data-driven with strong logical thinking and data analysis skills. Proficient in statistical analysis tools and knowledge. Experience in using data to drive problem-solving and project implementation. 3. Business acumen with the ability to abstract business scenarios. Capable of breaking down business objectives and driving iterative implementation. 4. Excellent communication, collaboration, execution, and project management skills. Strong sense of responsibility and project-driven mindset. Ability to work well under pressure. 5. Proficiency in English for daily work communication and effective collaboration with partners. Preferred Qualifications: - 3 years and above relevant product experience in user growth is preferred. - Familiar with internet financial products, especially prior experience in consumer finance is preferred.
