Our client is a crypto & cfd trading platform, and now is looking for a growth specialist.
This is an intelligence support role embedded in the market frontline. You will be responsible for continuously and systematically tracking, monitoring, and analyzing all marketing activities of designated competitors (including but not limited to major CEXs and DEX platforms) in key global markets, with a particular focus on Mainland China.
Your core mission is to produce high-quality competitor activity reports through in-depth first-hand information collection and preliminary analysis, providing direct reference and decision-making support for our marketing strategies, product operations, and campaign planning to drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Systematic Intelligence Monitoring: Conduct comprehensive monitoring of online/offline activities of designated competitors, including but not limited to platform promotions, brand marketing campaigns, KOL collaborations, and user community operations. Document in detail their activity formats, rules, reward mechanisms, and core selling points.
- Effect Evaluation & In-depth Analysis: Utilize public data channels (e.g., social media buzz, community discussions, platform announcement data) to conduct preliminary assessments of competitors market sentiment, user engagement, and potential effectiveness. Analyze their strategic intentions and target audiences.
- Insight Extraction & Report Output: Integrate and refine fragmented information to produce regular (e.g., weekly) market dynamic briefings and ad-hoc specialized analysis reports. Ensure reports are clear, focus-driven, and establish a competitor activity database for team retrieval.
- Internal Support & Collaboration: Respond proactively to specific information needs from internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product). Collect and consolidate data efficiently to support the preparation of background briefings for internal discussions.
Requirements
- Information Collection & Processing: Proficient in various information search channels and tools. Possess strong capabilities in information screening and cross-verification to obtain valid information efficiently.
- Analysis & Extraction: Excellent skills in information integration and written refinement, capable of producing logically coherent summaries and reports.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in in-depth reading and comprehension of various information channels in the Mainland China market (e.g., social media, news platforms, community discussions). Basic English reading ability is a plus.
- Experience & Knowledge: Basic understanding of and strong interest in the cryptocurrency and Web3 space, with a willingness to learn continuously. Prior experience or internships in market research, competitor analysis, or related fields is preferred.
