About the Job:

We're looking for a Growth & Marketing Strategist to drive the growth and visibility of Notewise. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how millions of users discover and engage with our product. You'll lead creative campaigns, manage community engagement, and develop strategies that combine marketing insight with growth-focused execution. If you love blending creativity with strategy and want your work to have direct impact, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, TikTok, Facebook) to reach and engage new audiences
• Collaborate with influencers to create compelling promo content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
• Lead on-the-ground campaigns, especially in schools, and recruit/manage student ambassadors
• Manage and energize our online community (e.g., Discord, Reddit) with updates, events, and seasonal campaigns
• Proactively explore partnerships and inventive ways to spread the word about Notewise
• Develop and execute creative, growth-focused marketing strategies with a strong sense of design and aesthetics

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, or related fields
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and content creation for social media
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, storytelling, and user engagement
• Self-driven, proactive, and excited to experiment and take ownership of marketing initiatives

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• 2+ years in marketing, growth, or related roles (Preferred)
