Job Description

We are partnering with a fast-growing global mobile gaming company to hire a User Acquisition Manager. This role focuses on scaling performance marketing and paid acquisition across global markets, with full ownership of campaign strategy, performance optimisation, and creative insights.

You will work closely with product, data, and creative teams to drive sustainable user growth and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute global UA strategy across channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, X, AppLovin, Unity, etc.)
  • Optimise campaigns based on ROAS, LTV, CPI to drive scalable growth
  • Analyse attribution data via AppsFlyer / Adjust and troubleshoot data discrepancies
  • Collaborate with creative teams to iterate and optimise ad creatives based on performance data
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, targeting, and channel strategies

Key Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in mobile gaming user acquisition / performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with major ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, Unity, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or SQL
  • Deep understanding of ROAS, LTV, attribution (AppsFlyer / Adjust)
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.
