We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to power the growth strategy for a portfolio of high-profile, global brands. In this role, you will design and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives focused on expanding reach, strengthening brand presence, and driving measurable revenue outcome - particularly ticket and event-driven sales - while maintaining strong ROI discipline.
You will take ownership of key growth levers including social media, performance marketing, strategic partnerships, and team leadership, building and scaling a best-in-class marketing function in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the brand's positioning, objectives, and communication rhythm.
- Execute and continuously optimize multi-channel marketing efforts, owning performance across priority channels.
- Conceptualize and launch campaigns that accelerate brand awareness and growth, managing multiple brands and initiatives in parallel.
- Ensure consistently high standards of execution across all marketing activities and launches.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of marketing specialists.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders across design, partnerships, speakers, community, and operations to deliver cohesive, integrated campaigns.
- Introduce new tools, methodologies, and technologies to improve marketing effectiveness, innovation, and operational rigor.
- Monitor industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends across web3, AI, fintech, and adjacent digital ecosystems.
Requirements
- 510+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or broader marketing leadership roles.
- Proven experience operating in startup or scale-up environments, bringing structure to fast-moving and ambiguous settings.
- Strong growth mindset with a passion for building teams and developing talent.
- Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and creative approach to challenges.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities and tight timelines.
- Exceptional written communication and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
