As a Growth Marketing Intern, you will help Explorer Junior show up consistently online,turning classroom moments, student projects, and educator stories into content that feels warm, smart, and purposeful for both Singapore and overseas audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Create short-form content for IG Reels, TikTok, (hooks, captions, subtitles, simple edits)
- Keep our brand vibe consistent: curious, kind, exploratory
- Repurpose content (one idea into many formats) and help maintain a simple content calendar
- Support local and overseas reach: make content easy to understand for targetted Asian markets
- Track basic metrics (views, saves, watch time) and share quick weekly learnings
- Help with community engagement (comment/DM drafts) and keep our content folders/templates tidy
Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a good eye for visuals
- Comfortable with Canva + CapCut (or willing to learn fast)
- Able to film basic content on a phone and edit for clarity (subtitles, pacing, retention)
- Organised, proactive, and able to follow through independently
- Interested in branding, youth/education content, and building a mission-driven organisation
