Job Description
What you'll do
This is an individual-contributor sales role at the front line of A65's growth engine. You will own a personal pipeline and a personal revenue number — prospecting daily, building target account lists, and converting first conversations into qualified opportunities. You will direct the agent fleet to accelerate account research and first-draft proposal work, then apply your own judgement to refine it before anything reaches a client. As a Growth Manager, you are building the prospecting discipline, CRM rigour, and pitch craft that form the foundation for every more senior Growth role at A65.
Key responsibilities
01Pipeline & Quota Ownership
Own a personal pipeline and a personal revenue number. Prospect daily — build target account lists, run multi-threaded outreach, and book qualified first meetings.
02CRM Hygiene & Forecasting
Keep CRM hygiene current: every opportunity carries an accurate stage, close date, and next step. Maintain an accurate weekly forecast for your own pipeline — neither sandbagging nor over-committing.
03Agent-Directed Prospecting & Proposals
Use the agent fleet to research target accounts and draft first-pass proposal material, then personally refine it before anything reaches a client.
04Deal Risk & Escalation
Do not let opportunities go stale — flag deals at risk early and escalate rather than hoping they recover.
05Cross-Functional Handover
Work collaboratively with Customer Success on handover context and with Partnership on spend and pricing inputs. Stay aware of team-level OKRs and how your pipeline contributes to them.
06Responsible Selling
Sell what A65 can actually deliver — never over-claim agent capability, benchmark coverage, or expected outcomes to win a meeting. Own everything sent under your name: check agent-drafted content for factual accuracy before it reaches a client.
What we're looking for
- Working knowledge of the digital media landscape — paid social, paid search, programmatic, and retail media — sufficient to hold a credible first conversation without a specialist in the room.
- Understands agency commercial models: retainer, fee-on-spend, performance, and licence.
- Competent with CRM, outreach sequencing tooling, and LinkedIn as a prospecting surface.
- Understands what Account-Based Marketing is and can execute a defined play.
- Uses the agent fleet personally for account research and first-draft content, and has formed real opinions from hands-on use.
- Does not act unilaterally on ambiguous commercial situations — seeks guidance on discounting, scope, and terms.
- Comfortable operating against a revenue quota within a base-plus-commission compensation structure.
- Strong English communication for prospecting, discovery, and first-meeting conversations.
