About the Job

Doerscircle is an all-in-one entrepreneur platform offering tools and solutions rethought for and tailored to the needs of Independent Doers – entrepreneurs, startuppers, and freelancers – globally.

We are looking for a high-energy, analytical, and driven Growth Executive to join our Singapore team. In this role, you won't just be following a script; you will be at the forefront of our expansion, testing new acquisition channels and scaling the tactics that drive member conversion, sales, and revenue. You will work directly with the Head of Growth to execute and refine our global growth strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Sales & Revenue: Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, converting high-potential leads into active members to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Execute & Experiment: Drive the member acquisition process, from initial outreach to closing, while documenting which strategies and channels perform best for scalable growth.
  • Lead Generation 2.0: Use advanced research tools, social selling, and community engagement to identify and qualify potential new members for the Doerscircle ecosystem.
  • Omni-Channel Outreach: Reach prospects across various touchpoints (calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp) to build a robust and predictable sales pipeline.
  • Relationship Management: Meet with Singapore-based partners and prospective members in person, while managing a virtual growth funnel for our global markets (SEA, South Asia, and Europe).
  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze conversion data to identify bottlenecks in the enrolment process and propose creative solutions to improve the member journey.
  • Collaboration: Act as the eyes and ears on the ground, providing feedback to the product and marketing teams to ensure our solutions stay tailored to the needs of our members.

What We're Looking For

  • Sales DNA: A proven track record in sales, business development, or growth roles where you were responsible for driving revenue and expanding a member base.
  • Growth Mindset: You don't just hit targets; you want to understand how they were hit and how to scale member growth 10x faster next time.
  • Agility: Comfortable with a fast-paced environment where you may pivot between different outreach strategies across various industries (HealthTech, FinTech, or Corporate Services).
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation and storytelling skills in English. You can distill complex platform benefits into simple, compelling value propositions for potential members.
  • Technical Savvy: Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a major plus.
  • Local Expertise: Based in Singapore with a strong understanding of the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
