We're looking for a Head of Growth to lead our marketing and customer acquisition efforts in Singapore. This is a rare opportunity to combine creative strategy, growth execution, and team leadership in a company that's building something meaningfully different.

At Circles, we're in the midst of launching a first-of-its-kind product that has the potential to redefine how people experience telco by combining mobile services with a digital-first, rewards-driven ecosystem. As Head of Growth, you'll play a foundational role in bringing this revolutionary concept to life, shaping how it reaches the market and scales across customer segments.

About the Role

As Growth Director, you will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies to expand market share, enhance customer acquisition and retention, and drive revenue. This executive role requires a blend of strategic vision, analytical prowess, and leadership to identify new market opportunities, optimize customer experiences, and lead cross-functional teams towards achieving ambitious growth targets.

What You'll Do

Strategic Growth Planning:

  • Drive higher subscriber growth, manage oversee pricing and growth strategy
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, increase Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), and reduce churn.
  • Lead the growth strategy across paid media, SEO, CRM, referral, and retail channels
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including emerging technologies to drive innovation and expansion.
  • Partner with Product to improve onboarding, UX flows, and in-app engagement
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives and market trends.

Customer Lifecycle Management:

  • Design and oversee programs aimed at enhancing customer lifetime value (LTV) through effective awareness building, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Implement referral and loyalty programs to boost customer advocacy and organic growth.
  • Utilize analytics to monitor customer behavior and preferences, tailoring offerings to meet evolving needs.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with marketing, sales, product, customer service and performance & strategy to ensure alignment on GTM, promos, and value proposition
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across departments.

Partnership and Business Development:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and enhance offerings.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners to support growth objectives.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Establish and/or monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to test hypothesis, run rapid experiments and measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
  • Regularly review funnel performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies to optimize for cost-effective, scalable outcomes

Who You Are

. 10-15 years of experience in growth or product-led marketing

. Proven track record in consumer tech, digital services, or app-based businesses

. Deep understanding of funnel metrics, LTV/CAC models, and retention mechanics

. Strong creative instincts able to generate bold ideas and execute them quickly

. Experienced in managing people and cross-functional teams

. A builder by nature comfortable in ambiguity, focused on outcomes, and highly collaborative
