As Head of Growth, you'll play a foundational role in bringing this revolutionary concept to life, shaping how it reaches the market and scales across customer segments.
As Growth Director, you will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies to expand market share, enhance customer acquisition and retention, and drive revenue. This executive role requires a blend of strategic vision, analytical prowess, and leadership to identify new market opportunities, optimize customer experiences, and lead cross-functional teams towards achieving ambitious growth targets.

. 10-15 years of experience in growth or product-led marketing
. Proven track record in consumer tech, digital services, or app-based businesses
. Deep understanding of funnel metrics, LTV/CAC models, and retention mechanics
. Strong creative instincts able to generate bold ideas and execute them quickly
. Experienced in managing people and cross-functional teams
. A builder by nature comfortable in ambiguity, focused on outcomes, and highly collaborative
