The Role - What You'll Own

We are looking for a hands-on Growth & Community Lead with strong consumer marketing experience (ideally in wellness, fitness, hospitality, lifestyle, or boutique retail). This role is for someone who can think strategically, execute consistently, and take ownership of marketing outcomes that support the studio's business growth plans.

  • Develop, own, and implement the marketing strategy to support the organization's business growth goals, priorities, and plans.
  • Plan and run the growth calendar across paid media, social, email, partnerships, and community activations.
  • Set up and optimize Meta, Instagram, and Google campaigns monitor CAC, ROAS, conversion, and payback.
  • Build and maintain a strong social and content rhythm across education, member stories, offers, and founder-led brand storytelling.
  • Own local marketing fundamentals, including Google Business Profile, reviews, neighborhood visibility, and East Coast / Siglap relevance.
  • Plan and execute events, open houses, and partnership activations that drive awareness, trial, and repeat visits.
  • Manage lifecycle and CRM journeys, including first-visit onboarding, trial-to-member conversion, and win-back campaigns.
  • Protect the brand by keeping copy, visuals, and on-site touchpoints aligned with Löyly Studio's tone, standards,and Finnish sauna ethos.
  • Track, report, and improve key metrics weekly, including lead volume, CPL/CAC, show-up rate, trial-to-member conversion, occupancy, WMV, and NPS.

What You'll Bring - Skills & Experience

  • Around 4-5 years of relevant experience in consumer marketing, growth, brand, community, or customer acquisition roles.
  • Proven ability to take ownership end-to-end - from strategy and planning to campaigns, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Strong social media and content instincts, especially for Instagram, short-form video, community engagement, and creator / UGC coordination.
  • Hands-on confidence with Meta Ads, Google Ads / GA4, GBP / local SEO basics, and email platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
  • Comfortable writing clear, on-brand copy and working with Canva or Adobe able to shoot usable phone content when needed.
  • Experience planning and running on-the-ground activations, community events, or partnership-led campaigns.
  • Data-literate and commercially minded -able to set targets, read the numbers, and make practical adjustments quickly.
  • Familiar with using AI tools to support analysis, forecasting, content creation, workflow efficiency, and marketing optimization.
  • Personal interest in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands curiosity about sauna culture is a strong plus.

  • Experience launching a studio, venue, membership product, or consumer lifestyle brand.
  • Existing relationships in the East Coast/ Siglap area, such as run crews, gyms, clinics, cafés, or community groups.

What Success Looks Like (First 6-9 Months)

  • Lead volume, show-up rate, and cost metrics trending in the right direction against agreed targets.
  • Healthy trial-to-member conversion, stronger repeat visits, and rising WMV.
  • Improved occupancy during quieter periods through better local activation and campaign planning.
  • A steady content rhythm, stronger community presence, and visible brand consistency online and on-site.
  • A growing base of authentic Google reviews and stronger neighborhood awareness.

Remuneration

  • Base salary: Up to SGD 5,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
  • Performance-based rewards: Additional incentives tied to agreed KPIs and business outcomes achieved.
  • Review window: Salary and incentive review after 3 months, based on performance and results delivered.
