The Role

We are looking for a high-impact Associate Director, Growth to join our Singapore team. This is a Hunter role designed for a strategic sales professional who thrives in the enterprise space. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value new business opportunities by leveraging your existing network and Merkle's industry-leading suite of services.

You aren't just selling a service; you are selling transformational outcomes in CRM, MarTech, and AdTech.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Hunting: Proactively identify and engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders in the enterprise space (BFSI, Retail, QSR, Travel & Hospitality, etc.) to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Solution Selling: Execute a consultative sales process, translating Merkle's complex capabilities in data, identity, and CX transformation into clear, value-driven business solutions.
  • Network Monetization: Leverage your established professional network in Singapore and SEA to open doors and build a high-velocity pipeline from day one.
  • Strategic Pitch Leadership: Lead end-to-end RFP responses and pitches, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Data Science, Creative, and Technology) to deliver winning proposals.
  • Partner Ecosystem Management: Collaborate with our strategic partners (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Google, Braze, Tealium) to drive co-sell opportunities.
  • Revenue Growth: Take ownership of a significant revenue target, contributing directly to the Growth team's collective expansion goal.

A Bit About You

  • Experience: 7 to 10 years of successful B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of hunting and closing enterprise-level deals in Singapore/SEA.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of the MarTech and AdTech landscape. You should be fluent in CRM, SaaS models, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and digital transformation trends.
  • The Hunter Mindset: You are energized by the chase. You have a builder mentality and the resilience required to navigate long, complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Communication: A master storyteller who can simplify technical jargon into compelling business cases for CMOs, CTOs, and CEOs.
  • Collaborative Spirit: While you are a hunter, you Team Without Limits (a core dentsu value), working seamlessly with Account Managers and Service Leads to ensure long-term client success.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to articulate value propositions and drive business results.
