Our client is a global hospitality organization, renowned for creating exceptional experiences for their guests and a commendable commitment to sustainability. There is now a great opportunity to join their collaborative HR team as a Group Rewards Lead to enhance the compensation & benefits initiatives within the organization.

About The Job

Reporting to the Group Director of Human Resources, you will lead the end-to-end rewards portfolio and initiatives for the group office and be a key subject matter expert for regional projects. This is an individual contributor position.

As The Group Rewards Lead, Your Responsibilities Include

  • Spearhead the annual manpower budgeting exercise, talent reviews, bonus exercises, etc.
  • Develop and review the guiding principles for Compensation & Benefits for the group office
  • Lead the salary benchmarking and job grading initiatives across the organization
  • Liaise with external vendors to conduct regular analysis and market benchmarking, ensuring market competitiveness
  • Design and implement long-term incentive share plans for executive leaders
  • Gather and analyse market insights, employee feedback and benchmarking data to support regular improvements to employee benefits
  • Serve as the key advisor to line managers on compensation & benefits related issues, including employee incentives, salary structures and benefits packages
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance metrics across total rewards and HRIS utilization/engagement

Skills And Experience Required

  • Degree-qualified, with at least 8-10 years of experience in managing total rewards, ideally in a regional set-up.
  • Deep acumen of compensation & benefits principles, best practices and legislations.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills to engage with key stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset and ability to be a problem-solver. Detail oriented and resourceful
  • Experience supporting HRIS implementation / process transformations would be an advantage
