Group President

Job Responsibilities:

- Determine the directors of the Group's overall strategies and business development, leading the expansion and improvement of company facilities and global operations.

- Oversee all operational areas through the direct supervision of Vice-Presidents, Directors, and other senior managers.

- Ensure company operations comply with all applicable international laws and regulations. Develop, approve, and implement corporate policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with the executive team to drive financial performance and ensure effective resource allocation.

- Keep abreast of market trends, regulatory regime, technology innovation, new commercial products in order to access market environment and market potential for partnership and investment opportunities.

Requirements:

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, Communications).

- A proven record of leadership with at least 20 years of senior management experience at a large corporation.

- Top management experience in the telecommunications or related technology sector is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse group of people, including the Board of Directors, customers, and vendors
