Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Healthcare Specialist at Trabajo Social sin Fronteras- TSSF. The role is based in Trincomalee, with some flexibility for remote work. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for delivering emergency medical services, assisting with medical needs, conducting training sessions, and ensuring effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams. The role also involves providing support to enhance healthcare services in the community while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• A strong background in Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) and Medicine is required.
• Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients and teams.
• Experience in Training healthcare staff or community members is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector or community health programs is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in a healthcare-related field is preferred.
