This role partners closely with Regional Operations teams, Finance leadership, Regional leadership groups, and global functional stakeholders to deliver strong financial insights and drive value across the organisation. You will challenge and influence key stakeholders with data‑driven scenarios and recommendations, ensuring financial perspectives are embedded in strategic and operational decision‑making.
A core focus of the role is to support and co‑drive global ERP upgrades across Asia (including Greater China and Japan), EMEA, and the US. As a key member of the Finance Process Lead team, you will shape project scope, timelines, and deliverables, lead the development of Functional Requirement Documentation (FRD), and advocate for process improvement, innovation, and strong financial governance throughout the transformation journey.
Partner with regional and global stakeholders to provide financial insights, challenge assumptions, and support informed decision‑making
Co‑drive global ERP implementation and upgrades, acting as Finance Process Lead across multiple regions
Lead the creation and continuous update of Functional Requirement Documentation (FRD) in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts
Act as the voice of Finance to ensure alignment with corporate policies, strengthening controls over revenue and inventory value recognition, including automation and standardisation of operational accruals and reinforce approval processes in line with Delegation of Authority
Communicate key insights, risks, and performance implications to senior stakeholders across REST and EPICOR platforms
Champion Operational Excellence (Lean/OE), leading process improvements to deliver productivity gains and cultural change
Build a performance‑driven culture focused on data‑led decision‑making, automation, and simplification (Power BI / Power Platform)
Implement action‑tracking discipline with clear ownership, timelines, and closure
Degree in Finance or Accountancy MBA is an added advantage
Minimum 10 years of finance and business partnering experience with strong knowledge of operational and finance systems
Prior ERP project or transformation experience is highly advantageous
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights
Highly structured, organised, proactive, and self‑motivated, with the ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
Proven ability to influence without authority and work effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
A can‑do mindset with resilience, adaptability, and a strong team‑player attitude
