HR Organisational Development Intern
As a Group HR (GHR) Organisational Development (OD) Intern, you will be part of the OD team at PSA International. The role is involved in the effective design, development, and on-time delivery and implementation of OD initiatives and training to the business. This role reports to the Deputy Manager (GHR).
Accountabilities
- Design and create training materials used in workshops pertaining to leadership development, culture, and learning
- Conduct online research in the leadership space for applicability to workshop development and curate relevant ideas and write-ups for leadership workshop enhancement
- Plan and assist in the running of OD events as well as end-to-end logistics for OD Workshops and other teambuilding events
- Assist in other HR and administrative functions, as and when assigned

- Has the willingness and curiosity to learn
- Good time management skills, meticulous and organised
- Prior experience in assisting with the running of events is a plus.
