Role: Group Head of Operations & Supply Chain

Our client is a market-leader in their industry and are seeking a dynamic and strategic Group Head of Operations & Supply Chain to lead and transform their end-to-end operations across multiple markets. Based in Singapore, this role will oversee manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and operational excellence across the Group.

Beyond ensuring operational efficiency and resilience, the role carries a strong mandate to drive large-scale transformation initiatives including automation, and process re-engineering to future-proof the organisation and support its next phase of growth.

The successful candidate will play a critical leadership role in shaping the Group's operating model, enhancing scalability, and building a high-performance, future-ready operations function across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Transformation

• Define and execute the Group's operations and supply chain strategy aligned with overall business objectives and growth ambitions.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including digital transformation (e.g., ERP, data analytics), automation, and supply chain redesign.
• Drive large-scale change programmes across multiple markets, ensuring alignment, adoption, and measurable impact.
• Identify and implement best-in-class operating models to enhance agility, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee end-to-end operations including manufacturing, procurement, planning, warehousing, and distribution.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance across cost, service, quality, and efficiency.
• Champion continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) to optimise processes and reduce waste.
• Ensure robust demand and supply planning to support business continuity and growth.

Supply Chain & Network Optimisation

• Lead supply chain design and optimisation, including footprint rationalisation, vendor strategy, and logistics efficiency.
• Strengthen supplier relationships and procurement strategies to ensure cost competitiveness and supply security.
• Enhance inventory management and working capital efficiency across the Group.
• Build resilience into the supply chain to mitigate risks and disruptions.

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years in operations / supply chain leadership, with exposure to private equity-backed or value creation environments
• Proven track record delivering tangible financial impact (EBITDA, cost take-out, cash improvement)
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-country transformation (digital, network redesign, automation)
• Strong background in complex manufacturing and distribution environments (FMCG / consumer / industrials)
• Highly commercial, with the ability to link operational initiatives to financial outcomes
• Credible at Board level; able to influence investors and senior stakeholders
