Public Markets Oversight
- Overseeing all facets of the public markets investment processes
- Align public market strategies with the overall objectives of the Asset Management division
and broader CGSI goals
- Guide capital allocation and drive portfolio construction
- Identify new trends and opportunities in global public markets
- Ensure portfolios are constructed and managed in line with investment mandates, risk appetite, and regulatory constraints
Client & Stakeholder Relation
- Represent the public markets function to institutional clients, stakeholders, and investment boards
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to portfolio performance, AUM growth, client retention, and operational effectiveness to management
People Leader
- Communicate a compelling vision for CGSI Asset Management Public Markets team
- Provide strategic mentorship to investment professionals
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of proven public market experience
- Degree or Advanced degree from a reputable institution in Finance, Mathematics or related quantitative field
- Additional professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent is an added advantage
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-asset class portfolio management for public markets
- Portfolio construction & optimization
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with senior and external stakeholders
- Product Innovation of public market offerings
- Strong analytical mindset with a natural inclination toward understanding complex systems and making data-driven decisions.
- Committed to achieving the long-term goals of the organization.
- Thrives in high-pressure environments by relying on logic and composure rather than impulsivity.
