Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a global technology firm to appoint a capable and forwardthinking Group Head of HRIS. This is an excellent opportunity to support the evolution of the firm's HR technology landscape within an environment committed to innovation, operational excellence, and a highquality employee experience.

This individual will oversee the global HRIS function, driving the management, optimisation, and transformation of HR systems across all markets. The role offers broad exposure across multiple regions, with responsibility for shaping HR technology strategy, strengthening system governance, enhancing data accuracy, improving process efficiencies, and enabling digital HR innovation. You will partner closely with senior HR and business stakeholders to enhance system capabilities that support scalability, operational efficiency, and datadriven decisionmaking.

The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical, and highly experienced in HRIS leadership, with deep expertise in system architecture, configuration, HR process digitalisation, and governance within a multinational environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities are essential, as the role will lead crossregional collaboration and drive change across diverse markets. Mandarin language skills would be advantageous, as the role will manage team members based in China.

Experience with BIPO would be advantageous, as these platforms form part of the firm's HR technology ecosystem and will be integral to ongoing optimisation efforts.
