Job Description

About the Role
The Group General Manager (GGM) will lead and oversee all restaurant concepts under Restaurant 21-BTS Pte Ltd, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and brand consistency. This role requires a seasoned leader with proven experience in Michelin-starred environments (2 or 3 stars), capable of translating fine-dining standards into scalable, high-performing operations across multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

  • Provide strategic direction across all brands and outlets within the group
  • Work closely with ownership and executive chefs to define and execute business goals
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing management team across all locations
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all outlets, ensuring consistency in service and quality
  • Implement and uphold systems aligned with Michelin-level service standards
  • Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and productivity across departments
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, hygiene, and safety standards

Guest Experience

  • Champion exceptional guest experiences aligned with fine-dining expectations
  • Monitor feedback and continuously refine service standards
  • Ensure brand identity and storytelling are consistently delivered across all touchpoints

Financial Performance

  • Take full ownership of P&L across the group
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets
  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue, margins, and overall profitability

People & Culture

  • Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies
  • Establish clear performance metrics and conduct regular reviews
  • Drive training initiatives, particularly in service excellence and product knowledge

Brand & Expansion

  • Support new openings, relocations, and concept development
  • Ensure successful roll-out of SOPs and brand standards for new ventures
  • Collaborate on marketing and positioning strategies to strengthen brand presence

Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years of senior leadership experience in F&B, with multi-outlet oversight
  • Strong background in Michelin-starred establishments (2 or 3 stars preferred)
  • Proven track record in managing high-performance teams and delivering financial results
  • Deep understanding of fine-dining service, operations, and guest engagement
  • Strong business acumen with hands-on operational approach
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Singapore or similar markets is an advantage
