Key Responsibilities
Strategic Expansion & Innovation
. Develop and execute strategies for regional growth, with a focus on entering new overseas markets.
. Pursue and integrate new business acquisitions to broaden product lines, including lifestyle and stoneware offerings.
. Keep abreast of industry trends and leverage digital channels for market penetration.
Digital & AI-Driven Leadership
. Oversee the adoption of digital marketing best practices to enhance CASA's online presence and customer engagement.
. Apply a basic understanding of AI in retail-for applications such as customer insights, inventory optimization, and improved customer experiences.
. Encourage a data-driven, innovative mindset across teams.
Operational & Financial Excellence
. Manage daily operations of all regional subsidiaries, ensuring consistent brand standards and customer satisfaction.
. Drive operational efficiency and cost management through smart process improvements and technology adoption.
. Oversee group-wide budgeting, P&L, and financial controls.
People & Culture
. Build and nurture high-performing, cross-border teams in sales, marketing, and operations.
. Champion a collaborative, growth-focused, and digitally savvy company culture.
Corporate Governance
. Ensure compliance and strong governance standards in all markets.
. Proactively manage business and operational risks across the group.
Requirements
. Bachelor's degree or higher in business, management or related field.
. 15+ years in consumer/retail sector, with senior leadership experience in multinational or regional settings.
. Experience driving overseas business expansion and integrating new businesses.
. Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and concepts, plus basic understanding of AI applications in retail.
. Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills.
