What You'll be Doing
We are seeking a detail-oriented Group Financial Reporting Specialist to support group-level financial reporting, regulatory filings, and accounting standard conversions. This role works closely with cross-functional and regional stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and high-quality financial disclosures under US GAAP and IFRS.
- Support the preparation and review of SEC filings (such as 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), including financial statements, notes, and related disclosures under US GAAP
- Consolidate inputs across departments and verify data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Assist in drafting technical accounting memos and policy updates
- Perform IFRS to US GAAP conversions, identify differences in recognition, measurement, and presentation, and prepare reconciliation schedules with clear technical documentation
- Draft and review financial statement notes to meet regulatory, audit, and investor requirements
- Assist with ad-hoc projects such as valuations, restructuring, M&A transactions, and implementation of new accounting standards
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, or Big 4 audit
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, including financial statements, disclosures, and reporting conversions
- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Professional certification (ACCA, US CPA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience in fintech, payments, consumer finance, or multinational environments is a plus
- Fluent in English and Chinese to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
