An established listed group is seeking a hands-on finance leader to oversee financial reporting, governance, and compliance across a lean, multi-entity structure. This role will work closely with senior leadership and play a key part in ensuring robust financial controls, regulatory compliance, and high-quality reporting to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end financial reporting process, including group consolidation and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles
- Oversee statutory reporting, results announcements, and preparation of annual reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and listing requirements
- Manage external audit processes and act as the primary liaison with auditors to ensure efficient and successful audit completion
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and governance requirements, including ongoing disclosure obligations and board-level reporting
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and overall financial planning to support business performance and decision-making
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance processes, while overseeing tax, statutory filings, and corporate governance matters
Requirements:
- Recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including leadership experience in a Financial Controller or Senior Finance role
- Prior exposure to SGX listed company environments or strong familiarity with regulatory reporting and compliance frameworks
- Solid technical knowledge of financial reporting standards and group consolidation processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience interacting with senior leadership, auditors, and board-level stakeholders
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to operate effectively within a lean team environment
