Group Financial Controller (Investment Platform)

We are partnering with a leading Singapore headquartered investment group to hire a Group Financial Controller. This is a commercially focused role at the heart of the business, combining strong technical accounting with cash flow management, capital allocation, and strategic finance partnering across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership on group strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning

Own group cash flow, liquidity, capital allocation, and capex planning

Oversee group-wide management reporting, consolidation, and financial statements

Manage multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and tax matters

Lead audits and ensure timely, compliant financial reporting

Strengthen governance, internal controls, and financial policies across the group

Drive process improvements, standardisation, and operational efficiency

Support strategic initiatives including investments, divestments, and cross-functional projects

Key Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA / ACCA or equivalent), ideally Big 4 trained

Strong technical accounting and consolidation experience (must-have)

Experience operating at a group level with multi-entity / regional exposure

Strong exposure to cash flow management, capex, and treasury

FP&A exposure is a plus

Experience in a PE-backed / holding company / investment platform preferred

Strong business partnering capability with senior stakeholders

Resilient, hands-on, commercially minded personality
