Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on and driven Group Finance Manager to lead our group consolidation and reporting activities. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end group finance for a growing organisation and partner closely with management to support data-driven decisions, with a clear development pathway to Financial Controller in approximately three years, subject to performance and business needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation and preparation of accurate, timely financial and management reports for the holding company and its healthcare subsidiaries.
  • Review subsidiary submissions (e.g. clinics, medical centres, healthcare services entities), ensure consistent accounting policies, robust intercompany reconciliations and proper allocation of shared services costs.
  • Oversee group-level finance operations (GL, AP, AR, cash management) in partnership with entity finance teams, including overseeing patient-related revenue cycles, third-party payors and vendor payments.
  • Coordinate statutory reporting and audits for the holding company and subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with SFRS/IFRS and Singapore regulatory requirements, including those relevant to healthcare entities.
  • Manage tax compliance (including corporate income tax and GST) in collaboration with external advisors, and support responses to regulatory and tax authorities as needed.
  • Drive budgeting and forecasting processes across the group, including analysis of clinic and business unit performance, variances and key KPIs to support management decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Strengthen internal controls and finance policies, and support process and systems improvements across the group, including standardising charts of accounts and reporting for healthcare entities.
  • Partner with operations and management on business cases (new clinics, service lines, capex, M&A) by providing financial analysis and insights.

Desirable Attributes & Competencies

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent; CA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience, including group consolidation and reporting for a multi-entity structure; prior experience in healthcare, services or multi-site operations will be an advantage.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SFRS/IFRS and consolidation principles, with proven experience working in a Singapore context.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, yet able to distil financial information into clear insights and recommendations for management.
  • Proven ability to work with and influence stakeholders across different entities and functions (e.g. clinic operations, medical leadership, corporate functions).
  • Experience in managing or mentoring a small finance team will be an advantage.
