Group Finance Manager

This is a full-time on-site role based in Singapore for a Group Finance Manager. The Group Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting for the organization. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, improving financial processes, and providing leadership in financial decision-making. The role involves managing a team, overseeing audits, and supporting overall business growth and strategy through financial insights.

• Strong financial management, budgeting, and financial planning skills
• Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and understanding financial regulations
• Experience with team leadership and collaboration across departments
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and financial software
• Proven experience in auditing and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CFA preferred
• Experience in a related industry or working with defense and government agencies is a plus
