Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work some days from home. The Group Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the organization. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, checking payments and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The role involves collaborating with different teams, identifying areas for financial optimization, and contributing to the overall business.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for financial analysis and strategy building
• Proficient in financial software and tools with advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities to manage a finance team
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, or ACCA would be an advantage
