About the Role
We are hiring for a senior finance leadership role within a diversified industrial business operating across multiple markets. This role oversees financial reporting, tax, and funding activities, while partnering closely with business leaders to support performance and decision-making.
Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Control
- Oversee statutory reporting, group consolidation, and audit processes across multiple jurisdictions
- Ensure strong governance, internal controls, and compliance with relevant standards
- Drive consistency and accuracy in financial reporting
Tax
- Manage tax compliance and reporting across jurisdictions
- Support tax structuring initiatives and handle cross-border tax matters
Treasury & Cashflow
- Oversee banking relationships, funding arrangements, and liquidity planning
- Drive cashflow forecasting and working capital management
Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders and finance teams to provide financial insights on performance, cost, and investments
- Support decision-making in environments with margin volatility and operational complexity
Requirements
- Experience in multinational environments covering financial reporting, tax, and governance
- Background in manufacturing and/or commodity-driven industries
- Familiarity with treasury, funding, and cashflow management
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage senior stakeholders
