Group Finance Director

The Role:

A diversified international conglomerate is seeking to appoint a Group Finance Director. This is a key senior leadership role in the organisation, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact at both strategic and operational levels.

This is broad and influential role - beyond ensuring financial rigour, the Group Finance Director will act as a key business partner to senior management and the Board of Directors, contributing actively to commercial decision-making (including potential corporate finance activity and investment considerations). You will be expected to provide insights and challenge on both revenue growth and profitability, ensuring finance is a true driver of business performance.

Skills & Experience:

You will be a Chartered Accountant with a strong academic background and 15 - 20 years proven expertise in finance operations, providing strategic oversight across financial reporting, planning, internal controls, treasury, and risk management.

You will have a history of driving performance at senior levels across multinational organisations, leveraging your understanding of both growth drivers and cost efficiency to create actionable financial strategies. The ideal candidate combines gravitas with a natural ability to inspire, earning trust at the executive level while guiding teams and developing plans that drive the organisation forward.
