About the job

Reporting to the CFO, you will be managing financial activities for the Group's Hotels, ensuring fiscal accountability. Responsibilities include overseeing the finance team, collaborating with senior management on financial forecasts and budgets, implementing strategies for financial accountability, monitoring performance, managing tax compliance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing ad-hoc financial reports. You will also business partner and collaborate closely with the General Managers of each hotel to enhance profitability and strategize effectively. The ideal candidate is one who is organized, good EQ and a strong communicator with the ability to manage senior stakeholders

Skills and experience required

You should possess a recognised accounting degree or equivalent with at least 8 years of relevant experience from the hospitality industry.
