Job Description
Our client is one of Asia's largest real estate investment and management groups, with a diversified portfolio spanning multiple markets and asset classes. The Group invests in, develops, owns and manages properties that serve businesses, communities and consumers across the region. Its scale brings together investment expertise, operating capabilities and long-term relationships with capital partners, tenants, customers and public stakeholders.
Real estate is changing rapidly. Shifts in capital markets, customer expectations, technology, sustainability requirements and urban development are creating new opportunities alongside greater complexity.
The Group is focused on strengthening its portfolio, improving the performance of its assets and building the capabilities needed to grow responsibly across different markets. This calls for clear decisions, disciplined execution and close coordination between its businesses and corporate functions.
The Group offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of investment, operations and institutional leadership. Its teams bring together professionals in real estate, finance, legal, people, technology, communications and risk, supported by local market knowledge and a shared commitment to strong governance. They work across borders to turn strategy into practical results while remaining responsive to the needs of each market.
As the Group enters its next phase, it is seeking leaders who can combine commercial judgment with organisational discipline. The successful candidate will help build a connected, resilient enterprise: one that supports its businesses effectively, earns the confidence of stakeholders and creates lasting value through the quality of its assets, partnerships and people.
About the Role
The Group Chief Corporate Officer (CCO) will be a member of the Group's executive leadership team, responsible for the effectiveness of its corporate centre, the delivery of corporate services and the Group's quality assurance framework. Reporting to the Group Chief Executive Officer, the CCO will help translate Group strategy into clear governance, aligned plans and consistent execution across businesses and geographies.
This is a broad leadership role combining enterprise strategy with operational accountability. The CCO will oversee a defined portfolio of corporate functions and services, ensuring that business leaders receive reliable, efficient and responsive support. The role will set service and quality standards, manage resources and suppliers, improve processes and establish clear ownership of decisions. It will also coordinate priorities that cross functional or geographic boundaries.
Quality assurance is a central part of the mandate. The CCO will establish a consistent approach to assessing whether corporate services and relevant property operations meet Group standards, contractual commitments and customer expectations. Working with business and asset leaders, the CCO will use reviews, performance data and customer feedback to identify gaps, ensure corrective action and share good practices across the portfolio.
The CCO will also support effective Board and committee processes, corporate communications, stakeholder engagement and major Group initiatives. In periods of growth or change, the role will help integrate new businesses and capabilities while maintaining strong controls and continuity of service.
Success will be measured by the performance of the corporate functions and the value they bring to the Group. The CCO should make it easier for teams to act with speed and accountability while ensuring that essential services remain dependable, cost-effective and consistently delivered.

- Governance and decision-making: Strengthen management forums, delegated authorities, Group policies and reporting processes. Support effective Board and committee papers, decisions and follow-through.
- Transformation and integration: Improve processes, systems and ways of working. Coordinate relevant corporate workstreams during acquisitions, market entry, restructuring or other major changes.
- Stakeholder engagement and reputation: Guide corporate positioning and support relationships with regulators, government bodies, industry partners and other stakeholders.
- Risk and resilience: Work with legal, risk, compliance, finance and operating leaders to strengthen controls, business continuity and responses to significant incidents.
