Position: Group Accountant/Finance Manager

About the Role
We are a listed renewable energy group with an integrated platform for energy transition and grid stability. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Group Accountant/Finance Manager to join our finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing group-level financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple business entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for the group
- Prepare annual report and interim financial statements
- Ensure compliance with SFRS and SGX requirements
- Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes
- Prepare monthly management reports
- Prepare SGX announcements
- Oversee group taxation matters, including corporate tax, GST and deferred tax calculations
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of Income Tax, GST and Annual Returns
- Monitor and improve internal controls and financial processes
- Prepare annual group budget and forecasts
- Execute payments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is a must
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience candidates with audit and SGX listco experience will have an advantage
- Strong skills in financial consolidation
- Deep knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and SGX listing rules
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent written, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
