Job Descriptions:
1. Lead the Group's consolidation &financial reporting.
2. Coordinate with external accounting service providers to ensure timely financial reporting.
3. Assist with SGX reporting, annual report, and other regulatory filings.
4. Liaise with auditors and other professional advisors.
5. Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support management decision-making.
6. Oversee the financial reporting and finance function of a local subsidiary.
7. Support ad-hoc corporate exercises, including M&A, fundraising, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration.
8. Drive continuous improvements in financial processes and internal controls.
9. Supports the CFO on strategic initiatives, special projects, and ad-hoc assignments.
