The Document Control Management Trainee will support the development and implementation of a simplified, centrally controlled document system for subcontractor process requirements under Infineon's Quality 2.0 program. The trainee will assist in reviewing, structuring, updating, and maintaining supplier specification documents to ensure clarity, currency, and alignment with change control processes. This role will contribute directly to improving subcontractor compliance, reducing complexity, and enabling robust performance monitoring within critical supplier processes.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Master Specification Review: Collect and analyze existing subcontractor specifications to identify overlaps, outdated references, and unnecessary detail.
- Document Simplification: Help restructure specifications into a concise Master Specification Matrix, focusing on critical-to-quality and critical-to-safety process elements.
- Change Control Integration: Support linking specification updates with change management processes to ensure documents stay current when requirements change.
- Digital Repository Management: Maintain controlled versions in an electronic document management system with clear version histories and access rights for subcontractors.
- Critical Process List Coordination: Assist in defining and tracking supplier critical process lists and ensuring related documentation is up-to-date.
- Escalation Documentation Support: Prepare clear escalation loop documentation to trigger swift quality actions.
- Performance Monitoring Data Prep: Support creation of supplier scorecards by providing accurate and current documentation references.

- Proficient in using various software applications, including:
- Document management systems
- Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Adobe Acrobat for creating and editing PDF files
- Effective collaboration and communication:
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to create and maintain documentation such as user manuals and training guides
- Attention to Detail Ensuring accuracy in updates and correct linkage between documents.
