[What the role is]
The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.
Commercial Leasing Traineeship in Leasing Division, to provide tenant relationship management and understanding of tenants requirements.
[What you will be working on]
- Develop and maintain good relationships with tenants and attend to feedback
- Develop deeper understanding of customers needs regarding space requirements and utilisation, and rental assistance etc.
- Arrears management
- Manage tenant-landlord relationships and negotiate tenancy renewals
[What we are looking for]
- Background in Real Estate, Building and Property Management, Business or Finance is preferred
- Analytical and meticulous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
