Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative artwork for brochures, flyers, posters, banners, catalogues, advertisements, and digital marketing materials.

• Prepare artwork and production files according to specifications and company branding guidelines.

• Coordinate projects from design conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring timely completion.

• Manage project schedules, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.

• Liaise with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and printing vendors on project requirements.

• Coordinate artwork revisions, approvals, production, and delivery.

• Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and deadlines.

• Maintain proper documentation, artwork files, quotations, and project records.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve issues to ensure smooth execution.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Good project coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
