Job Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling graphic assets to support TAK and Lamitak marketing campaigns, as well as internal communications and regional team requirements. This role collaborates with marketing, product, and various internal departments to deliver high-quality designs that reflect brand standards and enhance communication effectiveness. The Graphic Designer balances creativity with operational efficiency, managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce graphics for marketing campaigns, digital channels, and promotional materials.
- Support internal departments and regional teams with graphic design needs, ensuring brand alignment.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and develop creative assets.
- Maintain and update brand visual guidelines and templates for consistent usage.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or brand environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments and regions.
- Experience with print production processes and vendor coordination is a plus.
- Fast learner, Independent as well a team player.
- Highly collaborative and thrives in a fast pace working environment.
