Job Summary
SRI is seeking an in-house graphic designer to create compelling visual communications that effectively convey messages with aesthetic appeal. The role requires a self-starter who delivers creative ideas with exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Analyze design briefs to identify clear project requirements and objectives
- Develop visual concepts that effectively communicate the intended message while adhering to design best practices
- Create high-quality designs using illustration, photo editing, and layout software to produce communication materials such as EDMs, posters, advertisements, and social media posts
- Select appropriate colors, images, typography, and layouts to enhance the impact of communication materials
- Produce draft designs for stakeholder review and incorporate feedback to refine final outputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and business operations to ensure design alignment throughout project phases
- Conduct thorough reviews of designs to identify and correct errors before printing or publishing
- Continuously research and apply the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain innovative and relevant visual communications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
