As Creative Lead, you'll drive the creative vision across all touchpoints-from social media campaigns to e-commerce platforms-creating compelling visual narratives that resonate with skincare enthusiasts worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies aligned with Dr. Yuna's brand vision and beauty objectives
- Lead creative concepting for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand collaborations
- Establish and maintain visual brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials
Visual Design & Content Creation
- Design high-impact graphics and visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and beauty advertising across multiple channels
- Develop e-commerce imagery, product photography art direction, and interactive elements that enhance the shopping experience
- Design print and digital collaterals including product packaging, lookbooks, press kits, and retail displays
- Produce motion graphics and animations for social media, website content, and beauty tutorials
Brand Management & Innovation
- Oversee brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and beauty marketing materials
- Stay ahead of design trends in K-beauty, skincare innovation, and wellness marketing
- Develop creative concepts that communicate skincare benefits and ingredient stories to diverse audiences
- Lead creative projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations
- Manage and evolve Dr. Yuna's visual identity to maintain relevance in the competitive beauty market
Technical Skills
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong skills in motion graphics and video editing for beauty content and social media
- Experience with product photography, beauty retouching, and color correction
- Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar collaborative design platforms
- Understanding of packaging design, print production processes, and beauty industry standards
- Familiarity with beauty platform specifications and e-commerce optimization
Preferred Experience
- 5+ years of creative design experience in beauty, lifestyle, or luxury brands
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise across beauty marketing, product design, and lifestyle content
- Experience in skincare, cosmetics, or wellness industries
- Proven track record of successful beauty campaigns and brand development
- Experience with K-beauty trends, Asian beauty markets, or international beauty brands
- Understanding of beauty consumer behavior and skincare education content
- Experience managing creative teams and beauty photography shoots
