The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing designs for customised gift items, website assets, and digital marketing materials. This role supports product personalisation, strengthens brand identity, and enhances the overall customer experience across all platforms.
Job Roles:
- Website & E-Commerce Visual Design - Design banner, category images, and homepage visuals for the main website.
- Season Gift Graphic Design - Create artwork for personalised products (mugs, bottles, gift boxes, balloons, apparel, hampers, signage and more).
- EDM & Marketing Collateral - Design EDM layouts for newsletters, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Brand & Creative Development - Uphold brand guidelines across all design outputs.
Core Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Skilled in layout design for website banners, product images, and e-commerce platforms.
- Basic knowledge of EDM design (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or image-based email creatives).
- Understanding of file requirements for printing (CMYK/RGB, bleeds, vector artwork, scaling, resolution).
- Strong sense of colour matching, typography, aesthetic balance, and brand consistency.
Requirement
- Local Degree (NTU, NUS only) in Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Multimedia or equivalent.
- 3 years of designworking experience.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong QC mindset - ensuring artwork is correct before sending for production.
- Able to adapt design styles based on theme (elegant, corporate, festive, kids-friendly, etc.).
- Knowledge in basic photography / photo editing is a bonus.
- Experience with e-commerce content (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify) is an advantage.
