Create high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns (social media graphics, EDMs, web banners) and print materials (brochures, flyers, event signage) that align with marketing goals.
Support end-to-end design needs with the team to create engaging content for campaigns, event activations, and related initiatives.
Brainstorm with the team to translate campaign strategies into creative visual concepts that resonate with our target audience.
Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications.
Adapt designs across multiple formats and scales while maintaining visual consistency.
Prepare final files for both print production and digital platforms.
Assist in the designing and production of marketing collaterals.
Manage multiple projects, interpret briefs, and meet deadlines.
Ensure all design work aligns with the company's corporate identity and remains consistent across all touchpoints.
Maintain, update, and properly archive records of all design-related work.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
Handle other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent
Strong passion for design with creative flair
High level of accuracy and attention to detail when finalising designs
Proficient in design and photo-editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Knowledge in video-editing software (i.e., CapCut) is an advantage
Able to commence work immediately or within a short notice period
